1. How long will it take to receive my order?

For customers within the United Kingdom, our delivery schedule is as follows:

  • Order Cut-Off Time: 16:00 (GMT)
  • Processing Time: 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday)
  • Shipping Time: 5–7 business days (Monday–Friday)
  • Estimated Total Delivery Time: 3–9 business days

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

2. Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. We provide free standard delivery on all UK orders.

All prices displayed on our website include VAT where applicable. The total shown at checkout is the final amount you will pay — with no hidden fees.

3. How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and tracking link.

You can monitor your delivery progress at any time using the link provided.

4. Can I cancel my order?

Yes. Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase.

After the 24-hour window, your order may already be processed and prepared for dispatch.

5. What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided that:

  • Items are unused and unworn
  • Original tags remain attached
  • Products are returned in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is provided 

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team before sending your item back.

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

6. Who pays for return shipping?

Return responsibility depends on the reason for return:

Incorrect or Defective Items
If the item you received is faulty or incorrect due to our error, we will cover all return costs and provide return instructions.

Change of Mind / Size Exchange
Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for tracked return shipping.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return parcels.

7. Are there any restocking fees?

No. Falour Shop does not charge restocking fees on returns.

8. When will I receive my refund?

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow 1–3 business days for the funds to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

9. Do you offer exchanges?

Yes. We offer exchanges for eligible items.

Exchanges are processed without additional fees. You cover the cost of returning the original item, and we will ship your replacement free of charge once your return has been received and inspected.
