Returns & Warranty Policy – Falour Shop

We believe good service continues after your order is delivered. Our goal is to provide a simple, transparent, and worry-free shopping experience for every customer.

Returns & Refunds (30 Days)

All trousers purchased from Falour Shop are eligible for 30-day hassle-free returns and refunds.

  • The 30-day period starts from the date your order is delivered.
  • Returned items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition.
  • Once the return is approved and the item is received, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Warranty Coverage (3-Month Limited Warranty)

All Falour Shop trousers are covered by a 3-month limited manufacturing warranty from the date of delivery.

If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, we will evaluate the case and may, at our discretion, offer a repair, replacement, or re-send a new pair of trousers as a resolution.

Our Warranty Covers:

1. Manufacturing defects

2. Failures or breakages that make part or all of the trousers non-functional, including:

  • Seams
  • Zippers
  • Reinforced knee pads
  • Structural stitching or construction issues

Our Warranty Does NOT Cover:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Scratches, stains, discoloration, or fading over time
  • Damage caused by misuse, improper care, neglect, or intentional damage
  • Lost or stolen items
  • Unauthorized alterations, modifications, or repairs

How to Make a Warranty Claim

Warranty claims are only valid for trousers purchased directly through falour.shop.

If your trousers are damaged or defective and require repair or replacement, please contact us at support@falour.shop and include the following information:

  • Clear photos of the damaged area (e.g., knee pads, pockets, zippers, seams)
  • Order number
  • First and last name
  • Full shipping address (street, city, state, postal code)
  • Email address used to place the order
